Product Description

This machine is composed of main engine, cyclone separator, pulse dust collector, high-pressure fan, electric control box, etc. This machine is suitable for crushing the products of pesticide,chemical industry, puffed fish, shrimp feed, animal husbandry feed, processing of agricultural and sideline products,etc.
 

The ultrafine grinding machine consists of feeding System, grinding System, and grading System, and the grinding and grading of materials are completed in the same chamber.
The feeding system consists of a reducer (frequency converter), feeding screw, and gravity impurity remover. The reducer is directly connected to the feeding screw, and the speed of the screw is controlled by a frequency converter to regulate the supply of materials. Gravity impurity remover removes large particles and heavy metal objects from materials.

The grinding machine consists of spindle assembly, grinding disc, hammer head, gear ring, and guide ring. The grinding disc rotates at high speed, and the material enters the chamber. Under the action of centrifugal force, it enters the grinding zone between the hammer head and the  gear ring for impact and shear grinding. This ultralfine grinder adopts multi tooth patented hammer head. During the impact shear grinding process with the gear ring, the material is impacted and sheared per rotation is increased by 2-3 times compared to the single tooth hammer head. As a result, the grinding fineness and capacity are greatly improved, and the output and fineness are increased by more than 30% compared to other's model.

The material that has undergone initial cleaning and magnetic separation enters the crushing chamber through the spiral feeder for crushing. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grinding disk, the material is crushed by the impact of the hammer blade mounted on the grinding disk under the action of centrifugal force, and then spun at a very high speed onto the surrounding gear ring. Due to the small gap between the hammer blade and the gear ring, it is further crushed here. The crushed material is carried between the inner wall and the splitter cover by the airflow entering from under the crushing disc, and then enters the classification chamber. It is classified by the combined action of wind, gravity, and centrifugal force of the classification wheel. The separated coarse material returns to the crushing chamber from the inner cavity of the splitter cover and is re crushed. The fine material (finished product) is sucked into the classification impeller, enters the discharge chamber, and enters the air mesh system from the discharge port.
