The ultrafine pulverizer main machine adopts the mechanical principle of vertical shaft shearing pulverization. It consists of a feeding system, a pulverization system, and a classification system, with material pulverization and classification completed in the same chamber.
The feeding system includes a reducer (frequency-controlled), a feeding auger, and a gravity impurity remover. The reducer and the feeding auger are directly connected, with the auger speed controlled by a frequency converter to regulate the material supply. The gravity impurity remover removes large particle impurities and heavy metals from the material.

The pulverization system consists of a main shaft assembly, pulverization disc, hammer, toothed ring, and flow guide ring. The pulverization disc rotates at high speed, and materials enter the chamber, where centrifugal force drives them into the pulverization zone between the hammer and toothed ring for impact and shearing pulverization. This pulverizer uses a patented multi-tooth hammer, which increases the number of impacts and shears on the material by 2-3 times per rotation compared to a single-tooth hammer, significantly improving the fineness and yield of pulverization by more than 30% compared to similar models.
 
The classification system consists of a classification assembly and a frequency-controlled classification impeller. After pulverization, the material is carried by a negative pressure airflow to the high-speed rotating classification impeller for coarse and fine grading.
